Sorry I haven't been posting much... the kiddos are on Christmas break from school and we have thoroughly been enjoying our time together as a family.
We finally got our Christmas tree in and decorated yesterday... I always plan to get it in right at the beginning of the month, then inevitably I don't get it until about a week before Christmas... and once it's in and we curl up by the fire and admire the lights and handmade ornaments, I realize that the tree is way too close to the woodstove to make it all the way from the beginning of the month to Christmas without drying out and dying... and once again I am reminded that God directs our path each day and that His way is perfect.
